well-appointed hotel, good room, even Classic are spacious! Helpful staff and efficient, clean common areas, spotless bathroom, and bedroom... recommend to any visitor to Kharkiv.
no Netflix and no possibility to connect with hotel Samsung TV ( No Smart TV, unfortunately) but it's only because i am a bit of an insomniac, so wanted to mirror my phone and watch a series.

Absolute fantastic amazing top class hotel with high level in many terms in western Europe! Perfect staff and services. Delicious food and drinks with breathtaking cozy outdoor terraces, rooftop and other facilities. Also for me as a wheelchair driver perfect location, perfect room and services! For us travelers from western countries a perfect stay in the 'premier palace' I will be back there in fantastic kharkiv and this hotel for very sure one day!
...... dislike?.... there was only one little dislike, but outside the hotel.....: not enough taxi services ready there all the time around at the hotel entrance... often calling and waiting time... but that's only a peripher matter of the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and well maintained. Easily competes and provides a better value than major 5 star hotels that are found in vacation resorts. This is my hotel of choice, when I come back to Kharkiv!!
Somewhet inflexible in the charging of food and drinks to the room. Recommend management adapt a modern system that is used in other world known hotels.
